Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MyStationChef (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The App is operated by TableEyes LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Description of Service

MyStationChef is a community-driven recipe app designed for fire station personnel. Features include recipe browsing, ingredient scaling, a randomized dinner picker (“The Wheel”), community feeds, station leaderboards, AI-powered ingredient scanning, and local business deals.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. User Content

By submitting recipes, photos, or community posts, you grant TableEyes LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the App and marketing materials. You retain ownership of your content and may delete it at any time.

5. Station Classics

“Station Classics” recipes are proprietary content of TableEyes LLC. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or published outside the App without written permission.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: post offensive, illegal, or misleading content; impersonate others; attempt to reverse-engineer the App; use the App for commercial purposes without authorization; or circumvent any access controls.

7. Intellectual Property

The MyStationChef name, logo, design, and all proprietary content are owned by TableEyes LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Subscription Terms

MyStationChef offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial, continued access requires a subscription of $4.99/month. Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You may cancel anytime through your device's subscription settings. No refunds for partial billing periods.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of nutritional information, cooking times, or AI-generated recipe suggestions. Always use proper food safety practices.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TableEyes LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
