MyStationChef (“we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by TableEyes LLC. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use our mobile application and website (collectively, the “Service”).

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: Name, email address, fire station affiliation, role (firefighter, captain, admin).
Recipe Data: Recipes you submit, photos, ratings, and cooking activity.
Usage Analytics: App usage patterns, feature engagement, and crash reports.
Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique identifiers, and push notification tokens.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to provide and improve the Service, personalize your experience, calculate leaderboard rankings, deliver push notifications, and communicate important updates.

3. Data Sharing

Supabase: Backend database and authentication infrastructure.
Anthropic (Claude): AI-powered features including ingredient scanning and recipe matching. Photos submitted to AI Chef are processed by Claude and not stored beyond the session.
Expo: Push notification delivery infrastructure.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your personal data is removed within 30 days. Anonymized usage data may be retained for analytics.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may request a copy of your data or account deletion by emailing hello@mystationchef.com.

6. Children's Privacy

MyStationChef is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email.
